平常我只有在家做伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴的重量訓練目的想要讓手臂跟胸肌變大一直有再考慮要去買市面的高蛋白粉但我不是很激烈的重量訓練請問有必要嗎聽說做完喝豆漿(四海豆漿含糖)或是全指統一鮮乳或是吃茶葉蛋白(不含蛋黃)也有一樣的效果是嗎?這問題困擾很久請好心大大解惑感恩!!...Showmore
