各位大大好我現在是高一最近覺得自己力氣太小也沒什麼肌肉(和同學相較之下)想買啞鈴來練增加自己的肌肉和力氣而且看同學們每個人得手臂都好硬而且都有線條自己的用力後還是很軟而且幾乎毫無線條可言--我是男生身高大概175體重大概72有點胖....而且我也覺得我的伏地挺身很爛貼地的那種大概10下�
