我是個有點肉肉的女生聽說練肌肉可以讓蝴蝶秀那些消失不見請問要如何順練比較好呢?我有在家裡練過一些時間伏地挺身20下、舉2公斤啞鈴20下雖然手臂看起來是有小一點但是摸起來覺得卻比沒練之前還要粗請問如何訓練成擁有精實的肌肉看起不要很粗壯的那種?還有告訴我順練次數每週幾天哪些動作每
