請問伏地挺身下去時吸氣上來時吐氣對嗎?仰臥起坐呼吸要怎麼調整??再請問一下我178/69肉都在肚子腰這邊==這樣我需要把腰和肚子的肉先減下來再做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身嗎?聽說二個月(每天睡前做....就會有腹肌和胸肌....當然要持之以恆)...Showmore
