我目前是一個高中生身高170公分體重76公斤本來是91公斤後來為了追女生節食運動悄悄掉了15公斤我每天伏地挺身100下折彈簧握力棒150下仰臥起坐80下舉20磅的啞鈴左右手各40下不等每週兩天跑2000~3000米不等一開始很有作用但是做了將近半年卻持續卡在76公斤不下去了...每天飲食習慣正常早午餐正常吃晚餐��
