如題我想把自己練壯一點(順便瘦身)自己比較肥胖的部位就是有手臂、大腿、腹部還有要怎麼改善自己的飲食每次看到好吃的就是會忍不住去吃但是本人實在不怎麼喜歡吃蔬菜(水果還好)肉類現在也比較少吃大部份問題是在澱粉類,會抗拒不了(媽媽很愛拿蛋糕或麵包之類的回來==)還有請問健身,不想上��
