我幾乎每天健身(自家健身)伏地挺身100下仰臥起坐50下舉啞玲150下我已經練3年ㄌ..........胸肌已經有型.....但就是手臂想練再粗一點......最近才買乳清蛋白在喝...(想把手臂用粗點)請問我大約3天喝半包(健身完後喝的)....這樣OK嗎?????還是有啥訣竅可以讓手臂較粗點............Showmore
