我是一個只有155公分的小個子,身高已經無法改變,想把自己練壯一點但是練了幾個月,成效不彰我目前60公斤,算是有點壯請問要練出較明顯的二頭肌三頭肌等線條,是每天進行重量訓練好,還是隔一兩天呢?謝謝...Showmore
