我想請教一下,靜態運動(例如\"氣功\")和動態運動(例如\"瑜珈\"、\"太極拳\")它們有優劣之分嗎?或是有所謂屬性適合的問題呢?像是年紀稍大或是肢體不便的人較適合練氣功養生,而年紀不大四肢健全且又想雕塑身型的人較適合利用瑜珈養生?因為最近開始體會到運動的重要性,但畢竟還
