我最近新加入健身房我身高175體重7120歲想要先減脂肪所以現在一直做有氧戰鬥有氧課(一星期兩天),基礎有氧(一星期一兩天)然後在配合每次有氧運動器材30分鐘左右(上完課程直接過去跑)再來就是重訓部份已經半個月了 都隨便練...就是想練胸就練胸隔天練背通常都是12下/3組我該如何去規劃一個禮拜七��
