男17歲173cm、53kg主要想健身是要希望打籃球的時候跳投比較不這麼吃力也有身體可以跟別人對抗讓身體變壯力氣變大!目前有的器材如下:8公斤的啞鈴x2還有一個中間是輪子旁邊兩個握把的.不好意思,器材很少,可是我很想練!所以可以幫我開份菜單嗎非常感謝。ps:我想順便請問一下跳躍力和協調性該怎��
