事情是這樣的我最近開始有在練跑但是覺得進步好像不是很明顯肌耐力是變強了許多但是感覺爆發力好像不太夠...我的練習方法是星期1.3.5衝200M然後慢跑300M這樣的持續8趟然後星期2.4練重量訓練但是我是剛開始接觸重量訓練這種東西還不太清楚該怎們練才會符合我想要跑快的目的麻煩請各問大大敎敎我��
