曾經看過日本節目訪問不曾有過肩頸痠痛的健身族群,其中提到因為透過鍛練強化了肌肉,所以就不會有肩頸痠痛的情形發生,但是不知道巳經久坐辦公室好幾年經常肩痛、背痛,可否再經由健身來達到如此功效,或者反而會造成二度傷害?!
