我高中三年級體重68身高171一個禮拜去健身房2次各1小時間隔3天目前專注身體上半部三頭肌、二頭肌、三角肌、背肌、胸肌每個肌群重量3組8下中量3組12下輕量3組20下訓練之後吃牛排目前在考慮吃高蛋白藥或者吃水煮蛋4顆(只吃蛋白)這樣的訓練足夠嗎?需要增加時間嗎?還有補充該如何?要是吃藥該如何吃?..
