想請問各位健身的大大小弟本身有再喝乳清蛋白我幾乎每天都會跑步半小時到一小時重訓每天不同部位然後運動完喝乳清蛋白(低熱量)想請教一下我想增大肌肉的話我運動完後是不是該先設取碳水化合物再喝乳清?然後像我這樣的運動量喝ㄧ次應該就夠了吧?最後想請問一下我這樣子的運動有辦法達到增肌
