我生來就有一點肌肉線條以前從來沒有健身過可是我肩膀比較窄小感覺跟身體不太搭網路上常有人說健身要持續做多久多久或者一次舉幾公斤的啞鈴幾下之類的可是我沒辦法支撐這麼久而且舉完重之後手都會沒有力氣而且會抖要休息好久才可以恢復這樣要怎麼健身呢?...Showmore
