大家好我是女生喔!我154公分46公斤目前體重我很滿意但是仍然很貪心哈(有加入健身房)但是我仍想利用多運動的方式保持線條(我身上手臂臀部鬆垮垮)想請教有健身經驗的各位我該如何有效運用健身房來瘦蝴蝶袖、提臀、大腿、小腹?等等的曲線問了健身房的教練他們都只想叫妳參加他們的課程很不喜歡��
