請教我如何把身體練的好看一點 - 運動

我現在身高174體重60,首先我以前很胖(體重快90)所以努力減肥,算是有達到目標吧!但我不是用運動的方式而是控制飲食(這點我很後悔..沒有長高)!現在雖然瘦瘦的,但肉不結實!手臂都軟軟的,之前跟朋友去玩水...身材都曝光了!心裡很不甘心...所以有一陣子有做仰臥起坐...肚子的確有腹肌隱約出現...但很奇怪.
