小弟是個大學生~在很忙的每天還是有抽時間在睡前仰臥起坐和伏地挺身各N下體重始終維持在70-75KG腹部肌肉也已經有N塊的成型可是一直困擾著我的是~我沒有腰身在半成型的腹肌下面圍繞著一圈游泳圈整個就是很怪※請問有什麼運動和方法可以有效的~朔出腰身呢??※※大腿和臀部也想稍為減肥的方法※��
