我自己做的方法:上腹肌-屈膝仰臥起坐(常做可是常出到脖子的力,該如何矯正?還是有別的方法?)下腹肌-90度抬腿(不常做,身體超抖,而且爬文說腳放下時不能把腰拱起來,但是放下時很難不出到腰的力耶,放下時是不是不能完全放下?我看別人都說20下以上一組但是我做個幾下就很吃力了)我練腹肌是上��
