想了很多種產後瘦身方式:1.家裡附近的瑜珈教室or鄭多燕2.減肥食品3.塑身衣我是決定想要三者並行,可是很多身邊的前輩都說生完顧寶寶超累,沒什麼心情做運動~想請各位媽咪們給我些意見或是經驗~~
