超重量訓練過後,除了做瑜珈之外還有什麼辦法讓身體放的更鬆? - 瑜珈

本人我每天都做重量訓練,最近到達負荷期.....肌肉酸原本做瑜珈會好很多,不過現在已經會痛半天一整天。請不要叫我做啥做2休1或做1休1。那真的沒有什麼效率...而且很容易精神鬆弛...想問還有什麼辦法可以緩和酸痛?用肌樂可以嗎?還是熱敷?冰敷?請有什麼好辦法教教我吧^_^感恩!!
