A:本人目前是色帶組藍帶 練習跆拳大致上有兩個月多了ㄏㄏ 當初是想練來健身^^不過偶爾會想玩其他的 另外我身高176177體重有減肥用從原先7677降到61 想問說我這種身材適合打第幾量!!! 對於自己該學習的足技 例如旋踢下壓前踩 滑步下壓前踢後踢. 360空中兩腳也大致上會踢20腳以上..P
