跑步.單槓.雙槓如果安排訓練 - 健身

請問健身達人.我每次運動都先跑步3000公尺.後在拉單槓.再撐雙槓.(單槓正握拉3組.一組10下.雙槓身體前後擺動雙手撐上撐下.3組一組20下)一組單槓一組雙槓輪流做.這樣健身方法對嗎.還是要調整順序.先體能訓練後再跑步(體能部份是否改成一天單槓5組.一天雙槓5組)今年45歲.這樣運動量夠嗎.請健身達人建議
