看到以上的文章讓我知道一些重點.....但是我想要知道跑者的手要如何擺動,幅度要多少才可以達到最大效率....我看到鐵人三項的跑者每個人都有自己的跑步方法尤其是手的部分....讓我有點困惑?可以為我解答嗎?自己再台大跑完後都會觀摩一下他人的跑步姿勢和方法回去自己試試並上網找資料....但我希望有好心人士幫幫我勒.....^^
