跑步後右腳膝蓋內側疼痛~ - 健身

如題~因為在減肥基本上一周有4-5天會去健身房跑步已持續半年以上大約也就一天跑一小時10km左右~但跑步時不痛跑完拉筋也還好不過腳一伸直~身體向前彎時~右腳膝蓋內(左)側就會非常刺痛重訓時"腳後根負重"時屈膝也會疼痛就只有右腳平常狀態也是很ok不影響走路跑步但就是不能腳伸直體前彎請問
