跑步時上半身會稍微左右擺動,怎樣才可以平穩的跑步? - 運動

最近開始想運動,可是發覺自己好像有些多餘的動作。覺得自己好像上半身會不自主的左右稍微晃動,可是我的手擺得很靠近身體,也沒有大幅度的擺動,所以不知道是哪個地方造成這個原因Q口Q還有一點就是覺得自己跑得不是很快,我的運動是慢跑,沒有要求很快,可是我覺得我跑起來好像烏龜那樣慢...不知道是腳步的動作沒有扎實?如果後腳跟先著地,稍微往後蹬的話,會有效果嗎?請有在運動或者有這方面知識的人能給我些建議~...Showmore
