我一直想要拉大自己跳投的範圍和穩定度,就是先跳起來然後在最高點出手那種,但是力量不太夠,拉到三分線時就有點吃力然後就不準了~有沒有方法可以增強跳投會用到的肌肉啊?我想知道具體的訓練動作喔~
