最近看網路有跳繩減肥.所以我大概有跳了一個禮拜吧!我一天大概跳1200下!!!(200下休息一下)結果我家人現在都說我怎麼變壯了==就感覺有點像金剛芭比==我姐還開玩笑說到時候就不要連胸部都沒有了xD變胸肌-..-到底要怎麼做才能有效減肥又不會長很多肌肉的==?我是要升國三的!!因為一直被笑所以想減肥==我
