目前都沒有去過健身房,也不知道重訓該怎麼編排且因為棒球定位在投手且上半身除了手部下臂以外都不結實...所以.想請問下列的問題1.關於上背和腹部與胸肌需要做哪些重訓(器材名稱)及訓練方式2.大概是做幾組幾循環?一週大概如何編排比較好?3.訓練開始前是不是要先慢跑30分鐘來熱身之類的?4.做完整��
