關於健身而達到長肉的問題 - 健身

我身高175cm、體重56kg已經健身半年了都在下午5點左右健身健身完後馬上去吃晚餐但半年前的體重是55kg到現在也才增加1公斤...因為太瘦所以想健身增加體重請問我這樣出了什麼問題嗎??還是要多補充哪一類的東西??
