小弟今年快三十歲了.體型都瘦瘦的樣子.真的很討厭這樣.所以我最近開始在家裡做些健身訓練.因為聽人家說最好是有課表來做才會有效果.想請對於健身方面有研究的達人幫我規劃一套課表.好讓小弟我對於健身能更有幫助.我先說說我目前有的健身器材.啞鈴有二支.一支重量是20P.握力棒x1.滾輪x1.伏地挺身
