小弟每天都會去跳跳繩1天700下大概跳120腳就不行了(酸)常常跳到45下時就絆到腳有訣竅嗎?仰臥起坐30下極限(還能在高一點)深蹲5050共100下(偶爾做)抬腿5050共100下(偶爾做)我跳跳繩主要是想練心肺能力(附近沒操場)跟體力我這樣練會變好嗎?跳了3個禮拜了總覺得沒什麼改變有什麼比較好的規劃嗎?像一次跳完2
