我最近一天都會大概運動一小時會讓流汗到滴那種我是女生但是小腿有點小壯所以我很小心選擇運動就不會考慮跑步了因為家裡有腳踏車機就利用一下但是我都盡量用大腿力量不用到小腿大概踩個四十分鐘邊踩也會邊出汗之後再去爬樓梯我是搭電梯到一樓爬樓梯到五樓因為聽說下樓梯對膝蓋不好大概五�
