鍛鍊項目主要是腹肌&手臂拉單槓鍛鍊手臂腹肌我是參考http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiosjHorxSc每次鍛鍊時間約1小時。鍛鍊時間約晚上8點開始。每禮拜4次左右。我先在家中做腹肌的訓練,好了之後騎著腳踏車(1~2分鐘)到附近操場,先跑1600m,再走個一圈(200m),接著去拉單槓。總共30下(最少)手向外 - 4~5下
