我以前每天睡覺前請不要介紹健身房我都想要在家做就可的我也想要練跳繩但家裡的高度不夠都按握力棒左右各200下然後休息30秒在來坐在椅子上舉啞鈴左右各20下(啞鈴重左右5LBS還有2LBS棒子本身1LBS)我也不會換算單位公斤休息30秒在來伏地體身手掌著地25下拳頭著第20下都是左右手休息1分鐘然後仰臥起坐
