之前曾經胖到98公斤過...但在大量運動+不吃油炸、煎、炒的食物後成功4個月內瘦了20公斤...現在過了2年了沒復胖但卻也一直處於撞牆期(運動量變少、食物沒再挑選)現在決定再瘦20公斤但按照以前那樣做卻發現成效不大(根本沒減)現在重新訂定新的規則請各位大大幫我看看食物方面(每天)早餐:1顆176-255g的
