我每個禮拜都有四天早上起來做一些運動,其中三天是做30個伏地挺身(前十五個兩手掌較開後十五個較密),二十個滾輪,30下亞鈴,最後一天則是1600,最後一圈盡全力衝刺,請問一下這樣對身體會有負擔嗎?我今天做完伏地挺身右肩膀突然疼痛到現在還是請問這是伏地挺身的關係嗎?要怎麼治療?...Showmore
