我自己有配一套訓練法但不知道這樣的配法會不會傷身體所以想請教有在健身的各位!由於我是才剛嘗試健身的初學者所以想先了解一下不然我怕會弄傷身體我的配法大致如下:扶櫃子做伏地挺身(櫃子高度大約105CM只到我肚臍下約6公分處)一次20下+仰臥起坐一次20下+椅子坐約5~6公分雙手撐住雙腿屈膝抬起�
