今天上有氧拳擊後,問教練一個問題,人家不是都說少吃多動就會瘦,我早上快走或慢跑,晚上瑜伽或登山機,做完有氧運動後我都會做一些肌力運動,像是腹、手臂、大小腿,結果這幾天我的體重一直上升;教練的回答是,我該減少蛋白質的攝取,因為蛋白質會增加肌肉,我不想變肌肉女呀!但我都�
