首先:謝絕廣告!!不要跟我說要喝什麼吃什麼藥哦!!謝謝!!我很矮不到160但是體重卻有61公斤!!!三月底開始減肥都沒有運動只靠飲食節制+喝水體重都在60~60.8之前游走,最瘦還有59.8但體重幾乎都在60.2~60.4之間最近開始配合運動~~(飲食一樣有再控制+喝水)我的運動是跳鄭多燕的瘦身操都有維持30分鐘!ㄧ開始跳
