如果本來很虛,但做運動之後,每天早上起來都一柱擎天?做四十分鐘休息二十分鐘,共做了約三小時,假日約做五小時~我有跑步、拉筋,、服力挺身、仰臥體坐、拉單槓。有時候回到家還會繼續舉啞林及買了一些運動器材~以前連勃起都有困難,可是運動約兩週後,覺得精神比較好,然後說話比較有力�
