因為工作時間關西上班前時間有限只能做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐上班期間早上只吃麵或吃菜~中午只吃麵和菜以及肉類或喝湯下班後是仰臥起坐和伏地挺身~提早下班還可以跑步(常常跑)休假時通常連續5天下午去游泳2~3小時~一個月至少10天游泳因此跑步或游泳前後我會喝高蛋白或豆漿因為聽人家說運動後吸��
