如果連續跑跑步機2個小時好不好?這樣體內會流失太多水分隔天喝水就補回來了不是嗎?到底該怎麼辦才好每次都在掙扎說到底要不要運動因為運動完隔天要是喝大量的水分就不容易排尿耶然後體重就又恢復了...Showmore
