說法1、運動(健身)前x分鐘 要吃含高蛋白質的食物。說法2、運動(健身)後x分鐘 要吃含高蛋白質的食物。也有聽說過同時也要攝取【鈣】還有聽說過鹼性、酸性【鈣】?(還是蛋白質忘了﹒﹒)請問哪個說法是對的?如果空腹、飽餐後運動或健身 會怎樣? 到底是運動前 還是運動後?至於鈣
