求助各位大大小女最近在積極的運動,(每週三次)像是到河濱公園快走1小時,以及在家跳有氧運動每次30分鐘起跳,但都是在晚飯過後3小時才開始運動,而且運動完我是直接洗澡並沒有喝水或吃東西就直接就寢睡覺了,體重不變就算了,還變重,這到底怎麼回事?有朋友告訴我過半小時或一小時後要喝點
