平常自己會跟朋友或自己有規律的運動每天一定要動動身體運動前會有暖身拉筋還有運動完收操跑步室外肌力訓練或是室內重量訓練練身體強度自從年初1月手腕受傷之後就停止了一個月...發現手腕恢復程度很慢可見受傷很嚴重(到現在還是會痛)有去看中醫,3.4月的時候不過我途中還是忍不住練習一切身體
