我自己本身有在打球,我也看過一些文章提到:有些運動員會靠瑜珈或彼拉提斯來增進表現我是想問:有練過瑜珈的朋友(男女皆可),你們對於練瑜珈可以增進運動表現的說法覺得可以相信或認同嗎?你們在練過後,是不是真的覺得身體的能力有差,例如:變的更靈活或更有協調性之類的...因為我本身正考慮藉瑜珈
