最近去學瑜珈,才上了兩次課,我就心血來潮自己在家裡練習,結果做「輪式」時不甚扭傷脖子,看了中醫兩個星期後還是會感覺疼痛,於是我去看西醫;西醫幫我照頸部X光,結果發現我的頸椎因運動傷害整個往後彎曲,且頸椎第五、六、七節的間縫已經變很窄(往後彎曲變形造成的),所以醫生要我戴�
