每次打完球,或是跑步完,當下還好,到隔天起床時,才是地獄的開始,好的話一兩個小時就會停止,糟的話可能一整天都會悶悶的痛,我在想可能是有點運動傷害了,除了適度運動之外,有沒有適合年輕人可以用的保健食品,常常看奶奶在吃維骨力,這個年輕人也可以吃嗎?還是有更有幫助的保健食�
